These terms govern your use of Visible Tradie, operated by Grab Social. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Visible Tradie turns content you upload into social-media posts that, once you approve them, publish to your connected Facebook Page and Instagram account. Nothing is published without your approval.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the rights to the photos, video, and business information you provide, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Connected social accounts
You authorise us to publish approved posts to the Facebook Page and Instagram account you connect. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Facebook and Instagram remains subject to Meta’s own terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per your selected plan. Trials, proration, and cancellation work as described at signup and on your billing page.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
